إِنَّا كَاشِفُو الْعَذَابِ قَلِيلًا ۚ إِنَّكُمْ عَائِدُونَ
Indeed We would remove the punishment for a while, you will be reverting.
Three Time Knower Lord is informing the behaviour of disbelievers of all period that if the punishment is reverted from them, they would turn back to the denial and defiance as before or more than it. See explanation 6: 27-28, 111; and 9: 67-68.
